? | What information do you need for a quotation request? |
| First we must be aware of a product’s active ingredients. Based on this information our Qualified Persons can assess whether Tjoapack’s licence covers packaging this product. Should Tjoapack’s licence indeed permit packaging the product, the following details are needed for drawing up a quotation:
- administering form of the medication to be packaged (e.g. tablet, coated tablet, capsule, soft capsule etc.)
- number of units per blister/bottle
- number of blisters per pack
- charge size
- type and colour of shape mould
- size of instruction leaflet
- desired blister and box format
- Braille on box or not
- if desired, type of barcode on blister and/or box. |

? | Can Tjoapack supply full service? |
| If you supply the bulk, Tjoapack can take care of the rest. This includes ordering foil, instruction leaflets, labels, boxes and packing cartons. |

? | Can Tjoapack handle transportation? |
| Tjoapack is extremely flexible in goods delivery using reliable and highly-qualified transporters. Tjoapack handles shipment domestically and also abroad.
We use leading courier services for rush shipments. |

? | Can I have goods stored via Tjoapack? |
| After release by the Qualified Person, packaged goods will be returned to the address indicated by the principal. Normally this is done after completion of the order.
If desired we can arrange a suitable location for the storage or arrange further distribution with one of our logistics partners. |

? | How does Tjoapack guarantee quality? |
| Quality Control at Tjoapack B.V. is an autonomous, independent department with its own accountability, led by a pharmacist.
Work is done in accordance with the operating instructions and procedures drawn up and described in the quality handbook and is approved by the individuals present. |

| For Tjoapack B.V. in Emmen there is a Paid Production permit issued under number 2839 A/I by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. Tjoapack Boskoop B.V. in Hazerswoude-Dorp has a Paid Production permit under number 3206 A/I from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
Tjoapack also holds an Opium Law exemption under number 276 O/hb. |

| The oval with a stripe in the middle suggests a tablet with a dividing line. The central rectangle represents a blister with two pockets, of which the top pocket is filled with a tablet. The logo was designed by C.E. Tjoa at the time. |
